The Serapi area rug collection available in 8 x 10 through 10 x 14 oversized rugs is an interpretation of the traditional Persian Heriz style. The carpets are semi geometric in drawing and employ a medallion pattern with discreet corners. There are narrow runners and even round rugs in this popular pattern with colors of medium red ivory light and dark blue and light green. The borders are generally renditions of the traditional Persian turtle pattern.
