Colors include ivory red gold blue olive gray and brown.Story Behind the Art:Many rugs produced in Tabriz are attempting to follow the incredible artistry of the Persian Safavid rugs. However the design of this rug was copied and re-created by the village weavers in the city of Lahore in Pakistan. These rugs are virtually identical in design workmanship and authenticity as the originals. Due to the handmade nature of our rugs the size may vary from as advertised by 3-4 inches. Regular vacuuming and annual professional cleaning will keep your rug looking new for years to come. The majority of the weavers are women who live in the villages of Afghanistan Pakistan and India.
